Dislikes

The company lacks leadership and doesn't have a clear long-term goal. They won't give you an appointment letter, or salary slips and makes you sign almost 2 years of the bond, and asks you to keep your documents with them.

Likes

I like the fact that they hire freshers who have basic skills. It gives them a platform to learn and grow. Work-life isn't good at all. There's no management. They don't have Project Managers. They don't abide by any policies. Policies change according to management and what suits them.

Dislikes

This is a fraud company. They take the interview and when you clear all the rounds there is no response. After 1 month I get a call that they have selected me and I will be able to join after sending the documents. After sending the documents they say you are not shortlisted and cut the call. And don't have the guts pick up the call when called back the very next second.

Root Info solutions is good place for learning and enhance skills . If I talk about management , Management is good . Culture Is very good and all friends and senior are always ready to help.

If i talk about dislike working in Root Info Solutions. I did not find any dislike till now. If in future I'll find will sure Write.Overall it is good Company.

Just a suggestion. 1. Respect your Employer company rules must be 50% on Employer side. 2. Change The hierarchy of management
