This is not recommended company for any employee as the management following bulshit rules.. There are no importance of designation... They are promised wrong in interview and after joining they are giving bulshit work to do... There is no learning platform for any employee as that Lady VP naziya shaikh don't want team members grow in her supervision. Reason: 1. Being DGM they're expecting to attend the client like sales manager. 2. Being DGM they're expecting to do MIS. 3.Being DGM they're expecting to do tele-caller Job. 4.Being DGM they're expecting to do each and everything. 5.They are not giving you team. 6. That lady is horrible Name is VP Naziya Shaikh. 7. There was no discussion abt the above things in interview everything was opposite... like they will provide team, they said that you will be a site head and you wil be super vision like profit, business development, statistics etc and what I am getting writ now it's very disappointed. There is nothing to like it...

Employer part Provident fund is Included in Gross Salary of Employees, it affect Employees Salary when Employees' present days are less due to loss of pay days or For new joiners who's present days are less than 30 days, that time company calculate Salary as per below formulae GROSS SALARY/30× No. Of present days= Actual Salary - PF(3600)- PT(200) = Net Salary ( Take Home) which is loss to Employees
