There is nothing to like about rolta

The company has almost shutdown, my salary has not been paid even after exiting since 2 years, pf is not paid to epfo account will never join such a company in my life.

The projects running in it are very good they work on GIS so in the sense of knowledge gaining it is very good place. And the TL and project Manager level to developer level employees were very good friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Dislikes

...oyee live in fear. I think this working culture does not suit for an IT company. They are in money crisis also they are not able to provide 4-5 months salary. And not able to do FNF of former employees. Freshers are having 2 years bond and Rolta is not paying salary to them from last 3 months, sometimes last 2 months; despite of these trouble Rolta is not agree to beak the bond and leave the employee so that they can join some other company.

I worked with Rolta for more than 4 years experience was good about to learn the technology, teammates, salary appraisal and environment.

Dislikes

At the time of leaving Rolta in the year 2018 situation was worst not getting salary for 3 month no security terminate anyone.

Everything, no proper canteen, no proper salary,salary never on time, unnecessary deductions from salary, onsite at your own expense.Dont join even if you dont have any offer in your hand.Its the worst company

...amper them and managers protect them from all bad situations no equality at all. Attention seeking managers don't give a good salary and every weekend they will expect you to work without comp off or extra salary. Good for freshers to learn but not for experienced. No work life balance, no cafeteria.No work culture as well
