...tomer • There are many level in between Design Engineer & Senior Design • They provide Gross salary on paper, No where written CTC. It is different from other Companies so will be difficult while you switch • No criteria of selection in interview

1. Work life balance is good. 2. Easy to take leaves, no need to make unnecessary excuses for leaves. 3. Flexible timings for coming in office from 07.30am to 9.30am, just complete 8.5hrs of working time then you can leave, no one will ask you to stay.

Dislikes

1. You will be asked to do only what your senior is saying. You will not be able to use your own brain, your degree to perform work. If you obey your seniors then you will be a good asset to company otherwise you will be a villian. 2. HR is very good at doing their work but if employee asked for some sort of support then HR will not do anything despite making many formal e mails complaints. Not even your manager will support you to fight for your problem with HR. 3. Your vehicle is not safe inside the office premises so park your vehicle on your own risk. After any damage no office staff will do anything. It will be your responsibility to ask IT and your manager to vacate some hours to check the cctv footage on your own. Also you will be asked to leave your vehicle at home if you don't feel your vehicle is safe in office premises.

You have to make ppt and there are lots of Japanese in this company all top managers are only listening the options of these Japanese (inshort kese ko kuch nhi pta bs japanese ke chatta ha).

Company is shit and full of documents, you make document for every other thing, if you wanna have a transition from an engineer to operator , this company is best for you, everything is about documents here, you did something right make a document and then get approval from your manager and they will give you feedbacks like font alignment, font color(after all that's what makes you a good engineer right), you did something wrong make document and get feedback, if there is some spelling mistake they wont correct it , they will circle it and send it back to you in mail so that it is highlighted that they are working too

Lack of interesting projects & learnings. Lot of clerical work. Lack of skill development & career growth. Poor communication among different teams.
