Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Company is very good, this is group of superhouse Ltd. Superhouse Ltd manufacturing for maximum all brand in the world ( bata. Arreow, superdry, f and f etc),Means any ompany want finish leather, or want total product with name mostly export supply in the world for other brand.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is truly very slow, working pressure is gently very high. No leave in our festival no leave in weekly only two leave in a month so very problem on there...
