Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Everything Starting from Management people like that dumb Arabinda Nayak ,who thinks as he knows everything but in fact as a senior recruiter he doesn't know how to put a a Boolean search.... Such a pathetic person. Then Rishi Roy.. Oh my god .. what a leader he is... Then finally Pramod Satpathy....What to say...A person with lot of vision but at the end of the day no success.. A jack of all but the master of none.. Never join such an organisation. My biggest mistake in the whole career is to join Rojgarlab..
