A lots of things to like: 1. Everyday lunch at office, also evening snacks. 2. On time salary, I am loving this. 3. No office politics. 4. Work from home 5. Employee welfare.

There are some concern regarding the salary increment is not satisfactory since last 16 moonths.

... I dont know if any other company also provide this type of atmosphere or not. You got an opportunity to learn new things and new technology from the company and also the salary hike is happened in a frequent way. The company think for you of you has any problems or any concern they look into it in a very high priority. All over the company is really great 😊

Honestly I dnt have any thing in particular to mentioned here, but if I have to mention atleast one then I would say the work pressure. Sometimes you will feel the heat but again at the same time this will help you to increase your efficiency.

1. Work life balance is excellent. 2. Management is always supportive. 3. Pay scale is good & Salary hikes are excellent. Sometimes salary hikes are twice a year. 4. Annual Bonus is also there. 5. Leaves more than enough. 6. Work culture is awesome with good team members. 7. Company policies are well defined. Supports you in every possible way. 8. The best thing is company supports you in every possible ways when you face any problems (Financially & Emotionally). Indeed a "Great Place to Work".

Nothing. Sometimes Salary hikes are twice a year with Bonus & Incentives also. This makes you love the organization more and more :P

Any organization can have pros and cons. when it comes to this company, better to not to discuss about pros becuase you won't find one.

Dislikes

1. You would be expected to work on multiple assignments 2. If you get salary on time means then it will be a festival for you 3. If you resign then you should expect extension of your notice period, still if you work additional notice period there is no gurantee in getting you FnF settlement and relieving letters. 4. There is point I missed, if you are in Probation then you're not liable to take leaves. If so then it can be LOP. The list goes on like this.
