Dislikes

They don't provide you any letter of working . Like appointment letter etc. They make payment /salary in cash . No proper working culture. No surity about working stability.

Staff behaviour was good, they were supported to each other. Company review is not good we not get any support from company in COVID 19 and I lost my job also.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

There is no job security even in good situation because they not give appointment letter neither confirmation letter. Overall I disappointed with this job.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
