There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is so low. There is about is 2 years before which you cannot resign.

i thing is small company but good staff salary, contract er payment also good, timely there are giving salary..........good for other big company to this rohan yearly there are giving increment also.

Communication with seniors to be improved. There should be realistic analysis of team leader for success of failure as he is responsible but not the reason for every activity among the team.
