Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The students are really helpless

Dislikes

...they call teachers on sundays and call them till 9pm in the night during exams .no summer vacation salary for teachers, meaning one month without pay . There are no rules , hostel students are beaten up by the director with a belt and physical torture is common, hotel students are not given enough food and what ever is given is bad quality or with cockroaches .students are awarded mark easily in final exams , by the orders of the principal weak students are moved to the library and are allowed to cheat openly because parents ask for improvements. This way both students and parents are happy. This is a self sustainable ecosystem lol.

The students of grades 11-12 are good.

Dislikes

Lack of respect for teachers. The school exploits staff members and do not follow any government holidays. They follow only their own rules which have no connection with CBSE guidelines. They ask teachers to stay back for long and ask to come even on holidays.
