Office Politics, Favouritism, No Salary and Promotions, Unequal Work distribution, Poor work culture and unprofessional behaviours of teams mate & Managers, No leave on Bank or National Holiday.

Only work life balance is the thing which i appreciate truly being a Rockwell

Dislikes

No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year. If this year they are paying bonuses it means there is no salary increment. And that feels awful and painful being at Rockwell.

...culture and work load is heavy , senior and team lead also not much supportive . from last 2 year not salary hike ,all manger leval and team lead leval there lots of politics so it mey affect on your career ,there is no value of employees.only name is big but culture is like MIDC company

There is only one thing good, salary was on time.

There is no increment from last 2 years, No Professional and personal Growth. Corporate politics is too much and Those who follow manager order are safe and rest who are working there work silently are unsafe.

Salary and benefits not as per industry standards, No vertical growth, good employees are always considered as granted and used a lot, huge politics and partiality, Rockwell Automation Global engineering centre treated as lower class among the other Rockwell entities, HR and Management are biased, No connect of HR with employees, employees are afraid of putting the concerns to Management and he due to fear of retaliation.
