Got to work with some good people but unfortunately they were not in power and struggled the politics

...he people they don,t like so that they are provoked to leave the organization 3. There is no transparency on the variable pay, no proper system to calculate the actual revenue generated by sales person, lot of malpractices , I have lost lakhs of rupees due to this , even if you remind or follow-up they feel bad and perceive as non-collaborative behavior 4. And the way they treat you if you don't fall into their group is in human, your boss has control over your life, and you have to please him every moment, It shows their in-secured behavior, I have never faced such humiliation and torcher in my career be it Indian or MNC organization, I went through a depressive phase of my life, currently on medicines for Sleep disorder due to stress and blood pressure, 5. Its not worth it, I regret why I joined Rockwell, I did not knew the people over hear the culture, I just knew the name "Rockwell Automation" and thought it will protect me, but it will always protect their Managers and superiors , so don't join at Key account manager level in this company , that's my only advice, this may be a practice only in Rockwell Automation India, as I have worked here for 5 years, as I know it becomes so difficult and stressful to switch job after 5 years. you start getting used to the ways and get emotionally attached and than you have to leave, as the company don't want you and saves their closed ones, so think twice and long term, not just go by the brand name

Salary and benefits not as per industry standards, No vertical growth, good employees are always considered as granted and used a lot, huge politics and partiality, Rockwell Automation Global engineering centre treated as lower class among the other Rockwell entities, HR and Management are biased, No connect of HR with employees, employees are afraid of putting the concerns to Management and he due to fear of retaliation.

The environment and team support we have. The perks we get like cab, night and food allowances.

Dislikes

...ption to hierarchy due to which hard to promote engineer and slow salary growth. And less salary benefits like no variable. They compensate with 1 year increment cut and next year variable cut.

Only work life balance is the thing which i appreciate truly being a Rockwell

Dislikes

No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year. If this year they are paying bonuses it means there is no salary increment. And that feels awful and painful being at Rockwell.

There is only one thing good, salary was on time.

Dislikes

There is no increment from last 2 years, No Professional and personal Growth. Corporate politics is too much and Those who follow manager order are safe and rest who are working there work silently are unsafe.
