...no body takes responsibility. Getting work done internally is very challenging. Salary compensation is average, can't say it's low but fare.

Very professional organization with ample scope of learning. Concerned about employee safety. Tremendous brand acceptance. Quality of products and solution are very high.

Too much process druven with very less flexibility. Work life balance is poor. Salary growth not workable.

Career growth/opportunities and salary is very much less in the division/BU where I work for. Siemens doesn't maintain same structure in terms of growth, opportunity or salary across all departments/BU.

To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

Great work culture and work life balance, given additionally perks of working in product based company. Good Job security, very less layoffs.

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work
