has good artists, office is good, some same projects going on for long.

Dislikes

...ts are given no respect. they are used and thrown out. worst place for artists. partiality in salary.. those who listen to management only get appraisals. creative and best employees are leaving the company and management not doing anything , no growth.

The artists and people around me are really skillful while allowing me to upgrade my skills personally and professionally. The best thing is we can interact with anybody without boundaries of projects

Dislikes

I do understand politics at workplace but over here the problem is inexperienced freshmen just because being related to the M.D are given higher management positions and their immature attitude and inexperience spoil the environment of the studio and spread negativity.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
