They are not supportive at all. They can fire you on the spot. They always find a way to deduct your salary. And in this crisis, at the time of covid19 they closed their office in march mid week and not giving salary to their employees.

They will not provide you appraisal until you give resignation or you ask them to discuss about hike. Team leaders are not supportive at all.

My experience was very good with rocking trips. Staff is very helpful or well behavior , Seniors are always ready for your help. Work environment is awesome or Incentives are very good. Company owner , HR and other members of this company are Hardworking and you can enjoy your work with them. All things are good in rocking trips.

Some times you can face work pressure if you are in sales but this is not bad for you If you are hardworking than you can easily face all things and every day you can learn new things. Over all company is good or all the staff members or HR is very helpful.
