If you are a person with a long term vision, looking for a stable job Roche pharma is definitely not a choice. They consistently re create , experiment and then give a golden handshake. In 2014 , 450 employees were called to Mumbai and then they sacked 200 members. In 2020, inspite of Covid, without concern they organised an exam and failed everyone. With that as a reason they sacked 90 members in 2 weeks and kept those who failed who are manager favorites.

This is a top 3 Pharmaceutical MNC and has a great work culture. Competitive salary package and best management. You can easily get opportunities abroad if you have a great talent.

After you join Roche. You won't think of switching out to new company.

Compensation and benefits are good, lot of scope of work in agile transformation. But job security is not there.

Dislikes

No proper defined KPI. You can be dragged to any of the work. Hence work life balance will be disbalanced. Finally work culture is deteriorating very fast in last 1-2 yrs.
