It is one of the best place to work. As being a part of Roche I learned many things about science and technology with the best management team I have ever worked. Employee friendly atmosphere. Roche is the brand leader from the last 120 year. It create its own brand value.I was handling 13 territory at a time with 8 distributors.Salary part is good but other Expenses like travelling, Stationary, outstation Expenses didn't come on time & Growth is subject to question mark as it is stiff.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. In regards with appraisal it's subject to limited seats to be filled. As being a sales guy we value our work & time.

Manager behavior, they treat like a dictator. Target pressure Huge Rate variation of CO. Products in market. Indirectly threat to leave the co. Duplication of work Huge load of waste formats. No work life balance. Probing nature of Manager. Harsh culture.

Grassroot level working of senior managers will make you feel you are not trusted by them. High politics and favourism

Satisfied with the with the company. As a fresher i joined and they offered me with good package. For a fresher here there are lot of learnings

Politics and the people around here. Work pressure will be based on locality and managers here will not even think about the pressure that we undergo, they just want the people to work and I personally faced many problems with lack of support with my manager and with his manager's behaviour.

the work culture is highly political, with the top management forming cliques their own rules, which makes it difficult for employees to work in a fair environment. the HR, particularly Meetu Goel exhibits significant bias and seems to misuse her authority, leading to a lack of trust and transparency this kind of behavior seriously undermines the organization integrity and calls for immediate corrective actions.
