Cross functional team collaboration is not good. Mostly senior staff who is part of company for more than 12-15 years is tough to handle. Politics is there. Lack of young talent.

Not suggesting to anyone in Pune location I joined this company as AR specialist in Pune location for Global shared service. I worked for 4 days in night shift, timing like IST 6 pm to 4 am. I have felt some weird things and office environment is not positive. Most of the times in night shift it is look like scary and some place suspicious on the first floor. HR is not supportive when I raised this concern to them. We are like two people who worked this shift timing. Already few female employees left the job on same day.

This company is about to shrink/die in few months due to - No New product development since years - Use of current product decline in market in pace - Financial loss - No increment of employees - Management don't care about his staff Advise: If anyone plans to join this company, please not join in the name of US based MNC. The foundation of company is in total cavity.
