I worked one yr in RnF and company culture is very good, very friendly and launch timing was flexible. so overall this is a good company, I will prefer to work again in this company if got a chance in senior position.

there was a contract that I don't like. salary provided is also low compare to the market I don't know current situation.

Worst management, you will not get a good hike even you work hard. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone else. They force people to post positive comments on google reviews just to cover there bad reviews.

...thing that there is a lot of politics and management don’t address our issues. Also, salary increment is not good. In covid situation they have given very less percentage of hike to their employees. You will only get 10% of your current salary hike.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no overtime pay (even if they ask you to work after regular hours), no employee insurance, and you will have to work even if you are sick. There is no reimbursement if you are going home late at night from a cab. Some days you will have to work for 36 hours straight. And the manager will be like, 'We work only 3 months' (only he does, we have to work full year).
