For a fresher it's fine to start the career here. The pay is very much less for experienced and the work culture is worst when compared to other companies. You won't fine any growth here unless until if you're there favorites and should be biased. The leaders here need to know the outside world cause they are not good in communication and the deserving people are not treated well.

They give 100% of job security. When that one person join in that company, that person will have be learn lot's of things and about process. Feel good for environmental and atmosphere.

Low Salary and bond period Clarify the bond period before joining it is 365 working days not one year and 5 months and leave policy and incentive policy is not good. If you where taking leaves you won't be getting incentives. No night shift allowance.

...lave.. they guys play with ur career..in the incentive they will suck ur blood..I have been worked there for 3years but my salary is not even 20k incentive is just fake.. if u took one day leave too u would not eligible for incentive. Tl are like rude and vengences.. about OM nothing to talk simply waste.just don't waste ur career in rnd guys... It my experience and true words.. u can ask the feed from the employee too they will say the same

... and pressure us and ask us extend...They don't know how to speak with clients.. they didn't even provide me last salary of relieving...Such a fradulent company and please don't join this company.. Also they have an contract period of 365 working days which is 2 years so please don't join ..
