Dislikes

Sometimes we have to work against our ethics. There won't be proper guidance from higher authorities. There will be always sudden plans there is no proper planning of work. For freshers it doesn't teach anything. They have to learn and execute the work on there own. No compensation nothing is provided. There is no more work pressure but some times we have to work late night and early in the morning without any benefit, also there is no much career growth.
