Work environment and the higher authorities are good and very understanding people. Salary will be updated on the 3rd day of every month. Free food and accommodation will be provided at certain site conditions.

Sometimes we have to work against our ethics. There won't be proper guidance from higher authorities. There will be always sudden plans there is no proper planning of work. For freshers it doesn't teach anything. They have to learn and execute the work on there own. No compensation nothing is provided. There is no more work pressurebut some times we have to work late night and early in the morning without any benefit, also there is no much career growth....Read More

My work is to check the quality of construction and to execute the work according to the IS standard and specification. There won't be proper instructions, which is also a plus point so that we try to take responsibilities on our own.
