... to control professor's activities. No Holiday Policy - excessively restrictive. Incongruity in Grade & Pay. Not good quality food in canteen. Even high profile guests are also not provided with sufficient hospitable food quality.

No ambience of growth, for an employee, they never promise wat they commit...no independence in work and no chances of growth.the remuneration paid is unequal...they do micromanagement of employees, which involves infringement of privacy at work place and you are continuously under camera surveillance...
