Extremely Cooperative Colleagues but slow salary raise, nice training opportunities but lot of office politics, poor work-life balance but good learning opportunities.

Too much emphasis on accounting of job duty through faculty files for each subject. Faculty File is the most terrible tool to control professor's activities. No Holiday Policy - excessively restrictive. Incongruity in Grade & Pay. Not good quality food in canteen. Even high profile gues ts are also not provided with sufficient hospitable food quality....Read More

Routine Lectures and Too Much Hectic, only due to over-emphasis on Faculty Files. Faculty File is a complete wastage of time for professors here.
