1-No or Less Salary Increament. 2- No value of Experience and Designation. 3- No Fair appraisal 4- If you work here and your project deliver on time but now you work for new client then there is no value for last work. Here leader work for their own work not for company. 5- designation and work can be change as per management verbally only not documented. So there is no increament based on new designation because not documented. 6-there is no specific criteria of joining. 12th passout student can join.

Dislikes

No work culture, no learning, no work life balance. Seniors always start project wihtout knowing the actual requirement and then juniors have to update and fix their bugs. Junior employees are like slave they will have to work any time whatever weekend or night time you have to ready to work. And get appreciation. Only seniors and lead will get appraisal. Too much politics. Seniors will get WFH any time but no policy for juniors.

Mainly each and every one has trabule salary issue. Like cuttings are heavy to others company. Peoples are mainly joined cause of work from home.this is the main advantage of RMSI. Somebody people have WFH. Somebody have wfo. It's not good.
