Partiality , Discrimination and making us to stress beyond office hours but still getting very less pay it is so much effecting the growth of Organization.

It's a consultancy. So No career growth, No Hike, No benifits. Nothing you can get except salary.

It's a payroll company. It's dealing with MNCs and provide employees to them. There is no intensives, no growth, salary is very less. Only positive thing is you will get the experience

During my one-month of internship at RLabs in their MarCom department, I learned a lot from my trainer in a short amount of time thanks to the friendly faculty members. The provided me with the valuable insights into their operation as a leading player in the industry. I gained knowledge about branding and marketing techniques that are essential in today's digital age while being a part of their dynamic MarCom team. Overall, my experience at the company was enriching and rewarding, and I am grateful for the hospitality and guidance I received during my internship.

I just have experience of one-month as an intern. And I personally did not encounter any issues..
