It's a payroll company. It's dealing with MNCs and provide employees to them. There is no intensives, no growth, salary is very less. Only positive thing is you will get the experience

Partiality , Discrimination and making us to stress beyond office hours but still getting very less pay it is so much effecting the growth of Organization.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and yhe management is transparent. Company appraisals are not fair and didn't given salary hike and bonus evry year

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address ou issues salary is decent but career growth very slow.

It's a consultancy. So No career growth, No Hike, No benifits. Nothing you can get except salary.

Such a good organization , you will become expert in your own areas, friendly staff, no politics among the employees, company policies, work culture is also good. my 10 months journey here is excellent.
