Lala culture , Incapable Supervisors Manning highly trained Subordinates, No Competition reactions, Salary and Reimbursement cycle of 2-3 months, Zero Job Security (can be thrown out by only removong from whatsapp group), No Full & Final in time, No pF deduction submitted to EPFO

...ompany chitter. Don't work this company. Management rabis, Doesn't pay for work. I've been working in the company for five months now and haven't received a three month salary express.It's not just my problem, is the problem with all the working boys in Bengal

“Every company has it’s pros and cons! And my case is not one in million, But I concentrate on the good stuff only no matter its less or more… The best part of RKRM is that it gives us an opportunity exposure like nobody else. This company like just try to get their own work done from employees but mine is not the same. It let us do in our own way which make us things beyond the level and gain knowledge and experience.

There is one thing in this company I dislike “ I feel this company is in position to do more innovation and move more quickly but we don’t take full advantage yet. If this company takes full advantage of new innovative ideas and market opportunities this become a one of the best companies in the world.

THIS COMPANY IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY AND ALL THE COLLEGES IN THE COMAPNY ARE LIVING LIKE A FAMILY MEMBERS.THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WILL INTERACT WITH EVERY EMPLOYEE AND ALL THE ISSUES WHICH ARISE IN THE MARKET.THE TOP MANAGEMENT IN THE COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT WITH GOOD COOPERATION IN SOLVING ALL THE ISSUES.
