The company is based on training and development.. where I learnt to train students offline and online with better quality. And to deal and handle project clients.

The work pressure is very high and there was no salary appraisal ... Even though did not get salery properly sometimes as well as not in time .

Good to work in the startup companies with basic things Life balance is good salary paid late but its ok during the learning phase. small things to be learnt in the begining and later to the higher level
