Good to work in the startup companies with basic things Life balance is good salary paid late but its ok during the learning phase. small things to be learnt in the begining and later to the higher level

...t this year in 2024. Training given was late, work is also very lately provided. salary also given late but this focuses completely on performance. If you perform well you are in, if you not perform well then you are fired.
