I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Accomodation manager and accomodation and transportation is good

Dislikes

Management is not good no salary increment they don't care about employee they don't take serious on employee suggestions and never implement.. food is also not good maintenance engineer and coordinator of engineering is not taking care of employees they forming friendship in workplace with other employees and creating hate story's and doing injustice with employees with there power of position taking advantage they not recognising hard work of employees only supporting to there friends and that's a reason due to no recognition of proper person and appreciation lots of peoples are leaving a job.
