The work culture is awesome, especially our team leader. She is open-minded and very helpful; whenever I need any kind of help, she is always ready to assist. The other employees are also awesome; they are like family, and each time I need any type of help, they are always there to support me. And last but not least, our boss is awesome. I have been very happy to work with Rivulet for the past 1.3 years.

Dislikes

As of now, I can't find any reason to dislike anything. However, it would be even more wonderful if the management could organize Fun Fridays every week! :)

Likes

I valued most about my experience was the excellent relationship between the boss and employees, including myself. The relationship was characterised by a strong rapport, fostered by a sense of bonding and transparency.

Dislikes

In my observation, QA workplace lacks a strong sense of team cohesion, as the QA Team tends to function as individuals instead of working collaboratively. To promote a more positive and productive work environment, it may be beneficial to encourage teamwork and collaboration among the team members.
