No job security. Company is good but Management is very very bad .. Suggest you not to join this organisation.... Working culture is very very bad ...No rules regulations in organisation..

No value of Employees, Worthless HR and HR policy. Don't want to pay Full and final settlement, will not receive calls nor reply of mails. When you leave the group than instead of financial clearance, HR will tell you new things ( reason of not to pay Full and Final).

... related to HR matter. Even HO people are not relevant to tackle the situations. Salary is not on time. There are no benefits. People are facing problems with their final settlement and relieving letter. They harass you when you ask for these kind of things. Overall not a good place to work.

Worst HR Policy I have ever seen. I have faced many problems related to any queries eg: salary, leaves, holidays, or any queries related to HR. The most important thing to be discussed is that you won't get any settlement amount or relieving letter. The settlement means 0 to this company. Think once before join.

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for Chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
