Thanks for time Survived in this company, two chances give to contract employees for regularisation however very few candidate selects.

Dislikes

Lumsum Salary is not enough as against market. No house rent paid to contract employees. No promotion, no job security, no transfer allowance and frequent transfer issue, etc.

Good work environment and culture, company policy are good and give good salary hike and bonus every year

Job location is not good , job location is khargone ntpc power plant which is very dusting area

Good for Permanent staff, not for Contractual workers. Compensations are fixed and negligible if there is any. No skill development as such. Better to join a company where you learn something and that will be beneficial in your long career than just working on the word and excel here.

Permanent staff has very good compensations even the performance bounce is equivalent to the salary of the contractual engineer here, you could have a better idea what a contractual staff is paid despite of the fact that every work is down by them.
