... job where there is nothing new to learn then Risebird is not your cup of tea. We always get salary on time,there is not a single day delay in salary credit. As far as I know,the company is having a lot of investors support and either they are in the process of fund raising or they have already raised it.It will definitely be announced when the right time comes.

Though the environment is little chaotic as expected in most of the start ups , through continuous improvement this issue is also getting addressed.

Dislikes

extremely toxic work culture. Management always threaten their employees of getting salary deducted. Too low salary. Had to work more than 10 hrs a day without getting bonus. You'll laugh hearing the salary they pay 15000/- per month to the MBA graduates.

Reports of a toxic work culture, including lack of transparency and professionalism, which impacts employee morale. 3. High-pressure environment and challenges in employee retention due to inadequate support systems.
