...ent is clueless and don't care about employees , focus only to get work done. 5. They deduct 50%salary in full &final. 6. Overall it's to ruin your carrier , if you join Rise group , specially the one at greater Noida West .

nothing to dislike, but some times salaries got delayed. Also be alert to hire in interior department, Hiring firing is very common in interior team.

Everything is too good as an real estate industry, Rise has created an separate identity through his projects & atmosphere which its created for his customers & Employees. It can be a good option if you are looking for real estate company.

Company chairman is very good human being but he is weak of ears.

Middle management is terrible specially in sales department no week off and working hours is terrible the work pressure is very high many times I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day without weekly off for the years no appraisal and management also use abusive language in sales meeting politics is very much and no motivation from the manager and if you inform top management about this than your life will be hell over there so think twice before joining over here.
