Nothing I can think of. It's the worst company in terms of culture.

...ce or a vision. They can fire you anytime for anything. Worst company culture. Very small pay hikes. Limited growth opportunities. India employees are treated poorly. Very US centric company. No fulfillment or job satisfaction across the board. HR team is almost non existent, they keep quitting or they are fired in mass. Engineering team is a joke. Customer support is run by leaders from consulting background who have no leadership experience.

Salary is the only constant to like here. And if in office yes then the pantry and free food.

There are huge opportunities for becoming one of the best and most loved by employees company, but due to really poor, without shame, 0 leadership quality managers like Bharat Soni - (for more info google - Saurabh Patel+Rippling), this company is just going down and most hated by current and former employees. The logic to promotion is - If you're in the company for 2 years and there is no one else promote one random team lead who has zero people skills, is extremely sexist (prefers to work only with females), has zero respect for male counterparts who are more experienced than him. This team lead works in one of the smallest teams in Rippling customer support right now. His biggest achievement is he passed out from college, joined Rippling and coz no one else was available he became Team Lead. Please note all the 5 Stars on this and other websites are from HR, PR team who are forced to lie from hiring to giving false reviews. Onboarding is a joke. They'll give the fanciest of stories and from Day 1 you'll realise it was all BS. For Payroll team, it's like working under a warden (B Soni). No mobile phone allowed, no breaks allowed, roster and login 30 mins before shift, and after shift. He forces folks to work 7 days a week, pre-shift 3 hours post shift 2 hours all without extra pay. There is no drug policy too as many folks will come high to office. As long as the tickets are resolved thats all that matters.

If you are soooo done with the world outside and given up on life. You just want to eat, sleep work and repeat. This is probably the best place to do that. You can forget your social life.

This isn't a conducive environment for personal growth or any growth as a matter of fact. Compensation is good, but there's no opportunity for learning. And mind you, they'll kick you out for no good reason. Politics heavily influences decisions, including terminations. I somehow felt that the support team is filled with individuals lacking leadership and competence. Another really alarming fact is how the teams here are treated(someone mentioned the word slave, well unfortunately thats correct). Idk about other functions but support@rippling has the worst culture ever, you are not encouraged to speakout/voiceout. Hypocrisy is a great word to describe life here. There is a bigg, a huge difference between an indian and a US employee at a same level. Mind you, the same rules do not apply to both. They'll be treated differently.

...e you don't know if a chat is coming your way. I take my laptop to the washroom. They provide Macs to work on and give good salary, but take the life out of you. I get 80k per month, but i am dead inside. Night shifts have made is worst. I am already planning to move and can't find anything. Cause the package is so high, and no company gives this much money at entry level work. Even though the work can easily be done remotely, they are calling the Employees back to office to their Bangalore location

Biased and toxic work environment, Incompetent HRBPs who is just puppet to supervisors, No company wide structured policy and procedure in place, No respect for employees. The supervisor specifically Shaz Ansari and his friends are damn egoistic and carry very less experience and negligible people management skills who in return look forward to make life just difficult if questioned anything. The HRBP is just a puppet to works like a salve to these guys. To enlighten more, there are 2 to 3 people to name; Shaz Ansari, Hitendra Katiar who are college batchmates and here one is reporting to the other after being recommended or so. Over the time, these guys just refer their college friends who are equally incapable as well inexperienced and offer team lead roles among themselves. SUCH PEOPLE HAVE LITERALLY SPOILED THE ENTIRE ORGANISATION. So, just imagine the level of damage these guys can cause to people’s careers who are reporting to them and wants to do their work for the company with honesty. Absolutely unprofessional and the worst part the company still allows people who are related to each other to work under each other and remains to go with the flow. No recognition for the work that you do and extremely unorganised. Do not fall for the advertisements they have made across Bangalore as Engineers Run Rippling. In long term only your career is going to be impacted badly if you are a part of this organisation. Nothing to learn and adversely there will be mental harassment which is more dangerous than anything. Please stay away from this Co. and find some good company to work with who stands high with their values at least to a considerable extent.
