...e work done. WLB is good enough. I rate it 3.8ish out of 5. Look at the cons. Salary is Standard Good nothing to brag much about but not shabby, For benefits look at the Cons. Emphasis on learning and self-growth is there and they help with reimbursements and stuff. Rate it 4.2/5.

...(like none!), when all this is standard in every Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. Also, the variable amount in salary hugely depends on company's performance which you will have to have if you have salary falls in 30% tax bracket and the company's stocks only keeps dying down, which the company doesn't provide any assurity on to employees. Sidenote, this also makes the RSUs they offer worthless every year and following. There's very little management staff and you will not be getting much personalized help or support. Especially the financial HR side isn't very clear and not available mostly and there's a lot of poor management. The core issue is bad policies and fewer staff as well. There are no People HR as well, there's just one person! And no, you don't get anyone to go to with your concerns or anything. At the same time the company's really bad at making people socialize in the India team, they are trying to do better but there are not much socializing efforts and getting to know or appreciating people here by doing timely interactions, games, or sending gifts etc. I would talk about mental health counsellors or other people/career counsellors for supporting the employees but since there are is no basic employee interaction, leave that out of the expectation. Bottom line, not many efforts for managing mental health of the employees - they could probably partner with some app and help people get therapy session packages for free because it's not something that you can help by holding a session once a year in which there are 100s of people. Also, as a side note there's no focus on maintaining a diverse and inclusive culture and it's something of a bookish or formal training here that you need to complete but that's it! Coming to Self Growth and Learning, They do provide learning materials and reimbursements and encouragement, but I don't think that's the only thing that will encourage employees to learn and grow and you will also be restricted to not follow something irrelevant of your current job - Let's say if you are a graphic designer and you want to learn how to code, which I feel is really limiting and selfish. As it is made sure that everyone has work assigned all the time, so even if the planned work is all done, you will be instantly assigned more work (even if it's not a priority). For learning, you will be asked to do on weekends which assumes that the employees don't have other things to do in their lives and with family and friends.

No long term vision for the company and also the department in which I was working. May be as they were establishing newly in India it was too early for me to expect it.
