Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Worst company I see in my life they hire only interns and not even give them a salary and no fix working time total waste of time

There's nothing that you will LIKE, being an ex employee of the company,I feel happy that I have left the company.Don't spent your precious time in the company as you will be getting nothing.

...not not even paid for it,even national holidays can't escape from the company. Coming to salary pov ,the company cannot provide salary in time too, usually all the company provide the salary on 31st or 1st of the month,but the salary was provided after 1 and half week later, which shows the level of employee and company relationship as bad statement. When working for the company, you will not be getting the full salary, there will be many discussions with your team members and leaders about it ,and they will try to reduce it as much as possible so that the company saves the money. If you're joining the company,join the company on your on risk , because it doesn't have the value of taking that risk. There are many other companies too but don't join the company,mark my words you will be Happy with the decision.
