When I joined Right Tight Fasteners Pvt Ltd. in 2017, I was excited about my role and loved both the job and the company. During my time here, I have learned a great deal and developed both professionally and personally. Over the past three years, I have grown significantly, and I was entrusted with the responsibility to oversee an entire department, which has been a rewarding and motivating experience for me.

Dislikes

When I joined Right Tight Fasteners Pvt Ltd. in 2017, I was motivated and passionate about my role. However, over time, certain challenges have impacted the work environment and efficiency. For instance, the reduction in manpower has led to additional workloads for remaining employees, and roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined. In emergencies, responsibilities often overlap, which can create confusion and inefficiency. Another concern is stock management, which has not been handled effectively, despite having solutions to address these issues. Unfortunately, suggestions for improvements are often overlooked. This culture of favoritism towards sycophants affects decision-making, team morale, and productivity. Additionally, issues like unhealthy canteen food, undefined shift timings, and the lack of respect for in-charge personnel by junior staff further contribute to the challenges. Daily 2-hour meetings, though important, often lack structure and efficiency, resulting in wasted time. These factors highlight the need for better communication, accountability, and a more inclusive approach to problem-solving, which would greatly benefit both employees and the company.

Dislikes

Management is very bad. No facilities for employees. All seniors not serious @ their responsibility. All time point out the juniors @ any problems.

Rtf is a one of leading industry but there are more politics related to job security and there are no carrier growth. In this industry work environment Is so good.
