Amazing place to work. One of the few organizations that works on niche technology areas. Related to energy related business, Control Systems for Oil and Gas Drilling Rigs, new product developments always happening, Great reputation for dependable solutions in the Industry.

Dislikes

Related to a cyclic field with its very own ups and downs. Management is working on developing other verticals and have had recent success also. Pace of change is slow, being related to a business line where change is not always welcome and everything should be highly reliable. This sometimes limits opportunities. Need to find new areas where demand for reliable products is high.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
