... Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and apt with industry standards. Salary is on time and loan facility is also available for employees at nominal interest rates. Also, there are funded group outings like lunch, dinner, movie, picnics. Every Friday fun activities are organised for employees so that they can destress and rejuvenate.

There are 3 big offices of the company within Vadodara and the staff is located under 3 different offices (due to big workforce not able to accomodate all under one roof at the moment) . We get a chance only during company events, gatherings or on celebrations day to meet people working at different offices. Hope, one day all will be accommodated and seated under one big roof.

Never join this company There is no option of zero Star that's why Im giving one star. No job security. No management from HR side Sallary deduction every month HR don't know the definition of sandwich leave. I have never seen good/green exit formalities of any candidate in 6 month. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
