Workplace politics. Salary is poor and not paid on time. Made to work like donkeys over 6 days without much appreciation. No system in place and company is struggling to cope with many legal cases. Very stressful work environment.

It's a real estate for people working in sales if they survive they will continue and make long time journey if they don't have caliber in doing numbers the they come for wrong job only for sales and incentive they join .if any body sales it's a tough hours you spend then back end will have Job to do . I'd you do sales incentive will be clear same month .I advise don't work for brands otherwise growth will be stuck. If sales people or any dept if there work show off hardwork you are Rockstar.

Grow from step by step requires lot of effort and providing employment and managing them requires persistence and effort but such management here understand their resources are one will be equally contributors and part of the organisation
