The company is good place for learning different techniques of respective field. And work environment is also nice

Dislikes

Salary wise very poor its. There is no shift allowance for the employees. First of all they don't consider shift person as an human. After general shift no food.. Not even coffee or tea has been given to shift people's. Cab facilities also worst.

It is best company for a hands on training reactor handling, rotational shifts and also over all learning about processes . good managers and seniors , they clarified all the doubt instantly and I had very good exposure in this industry.

Team work is very good in Microbiology and work satisfaction is high with much learning skills.. Environment friendly

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
