...then the HR said that you have been selected and final HR round was also done. After consistent following up they said that we have taken someone who was willing to work at low cost since my salary was out of budget. This was even when before the start of the interview I told them my expectations. The HR was so adamant that they wanted me to join early that they started convincing me that Mr. Adhurti Gandhi really liked you so much that he wants to have you onboard ASAP even when I jad just a week left for my Notice Period to end. I still went ahead and spoke to my management for early relieving and they agreed. Then the HR says that no now we already found a person that was ready to join early. They took all my documents like salary slips and everything and then put me on hold. It was a good thing that I did not reject my first offer or I would have been on trouble. MY ADVICE IS UNTIL YOU JOIN THE COMPANY COMPLETELY DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANISATION. THEY ARE ALL FAKE AND THE REVIEWS HERE ARE ALL MANUFACTURED.

FRAUD ORGANIZATION THAT DOES FRAUD PROMISES. THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS AND THEN LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN WORK AT LESSER PRICE. DO NOT REJECT ANY OFFERS YOU HAVE IN HAND BY TRUSTING THIS FRAUD ORGANIZATION. BE AWARE OF PEOPLE LIKE TEJASWINI KHARADE WHO IS THE HR AND SHE WILL SAY A LOT OF SWEET THINGS AND PROMISE YOU A WORLD.

Dinners are arranged when someone from US is coming for a client visit, that's the only good point I can think of.

Dislikes

1. People have to handle lots of tough projects at once, without much time for life outside of work. 2. When it comes to getting promoted, it seems like HR makes the final call on who gets what, not your direct boss. Feedback received in appraisal form is not reflected in hike received 3. Sometimes, it feels like promotions are based more on who you know rather than how well you actually perform at your job. 4. Zero work life balance 5. Higher management treats you like a machine and they want you to work day and night

One thing I really like about RIA is its work culture here you are not considered as employee it's a family people really care about each other.

RIA does not only focus on providing solutions to their clients but also provide best service because of it sometimes we had to work till late night because most of clients are from abroad but that's not a big deal.

One of the best company I ever worked in my 18 plus years of work experience, visionary management, employee friendly HR policies, A company where I like to join back once again. They basically don't fire people, It is like a close knit family and also a professional work atmosphere.

It is a growing company; so there may be some minor issues which we can disregard. Knowledge management is an area where they might need to improve but they are trying to learn and grow daily basis progressively.

You can work from home or office in hybrid but with a genuine reason.

Dislikes

Poor Appraisal, they will only give u better raise if you have another offer in your hand. You are just Poor Management, Toxic culture, e.g. if you are sick & when you came back from sick leave. They blame you that you took leave & that's why project got delayed. Sometime throw party just to hide toxicity.
