Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Rhythm Knit India is an export house located in Tiruppur.They were producing very high-quality products for Europe based clients.I love the fact that this company is mainly focussing on kidswear market.so its improve my skills and the higher authority of the company is highly supportive of every employee.

Dislikes

The work time is not that flexible.Its like morning 9 to 7.30 pm.And the employees pay scale is very less comparatively with other companies in the same field.
