Very decent work pressure and skill development for freshers employees are very high....

Dislikes

...t dont give any promotion or satisfaction increment but employee who have other company experience management give them good salary and respect also doesn't matter they deserve or not ,its badly demotivated a talented and passionate employee.

The company is very good, we get to learn a lot in this and have got it too.RGI all seniors to juniors are all very good.And the sari policy of this company is right. And the security is also good.

Very helpful environment from seniors and management. Work pressure not too much.

Dislikes

In RGI I am notice that company do not promote his employees or promote very slowly So, company is better for experience and for skill development but not good for expected promotion and salary.
