The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and a global client base. Plus Point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Working culture and management are good. Overall you can learn a lot from the company, and the management also is very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary can be a bit higher than what they pay. Saturdays are working for the recruitment team even though company is 5 days working same as other MNC.

RGBSI is not a good company to work for. If you have been with them for five years, the CEO may tell you that you are highly paid and that they can no longer afford you, asking you to resign. If you refuse to leave, they may start harassing you by creating unnecessary pressure, setting unrealistic deadlines, or making the work environment toxic. Additionally, the CEO insults employees in meetings. If the meeting is online, he makes demeaning comments, and if it is offline, he asks employees to come forward and humiliates them in a sarcastic manner. The management is unprofessional, lacks empathy, and does not value long-term employees. There is no proper career growth, and they only focus on cost-cutting rather than employee well-being. I had a very bad experience with RGBSI and would not recommend it to anyone.

Work culture is not good maximum employee who was old employee they are doing politics here and you can’t learn any things or you can’t develop your skills also company CEO is not professional always doing unwanted things in company culture

Work environment, there is a new stage called as Implementation team.. Juniors or college freshers give task to developers and connect with client also without having good knowledge about how much time or how much effort would be required. Then they sit on developers head to finish the task quickly for this they are paid.
