...ite with company creating improper timelines many employee are reliving with in a year with many environment reasons no proper salary full of intern with minimal knowledge extraordinary groupism that will dominate the new joinee irrespective of level even in senior role extraordinary chaaldras with favorism autonomous rules for development micromanagement and cornering the employee with no reason unnecessary meeting in many times no proper goal for it

Read this before joining Responsive.io (Formerly RFPIO). The company has two faces. The people and culture in the US looks great and they are employee friendly, centric, cool place to work etc. Whereas, the one in Coimbatore, India, thats an upside down. Here it's all dominated by the long time employees who joined the company in its initial stages. These untouchables go to any extent to safeguard themselves and their power and influence in the company (back-stabbing, cornering, micro-managing, cheap politics etc). The founders believe in them and act upon their decisions and recommendations, with their eyes closed. Inefficient HR team. By showcasing their people and culture in US, Responsive.io (Formerly RFPIO) has created an illusion and claims to be a cool place to work, to attract talents in India, where it is actually a mess. In some aspects, its not a safe place for women.

- Toxic Work Culture: The work environment is extremely toxic, with frequent micromanagement, unrealistic timelines, and unproductive meetings. - Poor Management: Management lacks basic skills, leading to ineffective leadership and poor team management. - Ignored HR Complaints: Many employees have raised complaints to HR, but these concerns are often ignored. - Unskilled Workforce: A large portion of the workforce consists of interns who haven’t completed their degrees, raising concerns about work quality. - Flawed Promotion Practices: Individuals are promoted to managerial positions without considering their skill development, leading to inadequate team management. For example, someone who joined as a painter 9 years ago could be promoted to a managerial position without any checks on their skill improvement. - Flawed Hiring Process: The hiring managers and team leads lack the necessary skills to effectively assess candidates, leading to frequent short-term resignations or terminations. - High Turnover Rate: Many employees voluntarily leave within a year due to the toxic environment and poor management. - Counterproductive and Unnecessary Targeting: The work environment is counterproductive and marked by groupism and favoritism among many managers and team leaders. - Lack of Professionalism: The company operates with a culture that is less than that of a basic startup, marked by a lack of corporate-level professionalism. Recommendation: If you’re considering joining this company, I strongly advise reconsidering your decision. The cons far outweigh the pros, and many employees have left within a short time due to the toxic environment and poor management

Flexible working hours and hybrid.

Dislikes

Not a safe place to work. The initial round of discussion in campus interview was positive and gave some confidence on the company. But after joining, the experience working was really bad. The corporate marketing leaders and team leads in coimbatore behaved really bad and abusive. Unwanted calls during odd hours without any official purpose. The women colleagues felt unsafe. The HR team didn't help.
