Team is one of the key factor for my 5 years beautiful journey at Rexus. Office Environments - client base , Business Model- everything is on top and managed well. Salary on time - Incentives are also provided, Fun Fridays and many things.

Not even a single percent of job secuirty, CEO is too much arrogant,dosen't have manner to speak to girls, he misbehave with anyone at anytime, There is nothing to learn here apart from communication if you are IT Guy, this is not even a IT company, this is outsourcing company.

If you don't want to grow or learn anything then only join this company, this is not IT company, this is outsourcing firm. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE NO JOB SECURITY BELOW LOWER LEVEL MANAGEMENT NO OFFICE SPACE, NO PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE they just hire people and start playing big boss who will survive till next year, if you compare any company they will have the highest turnover rate.
